8.28.09 - Mountain Biking at Saratoga's Gap Trail
Today, I went mountain biking after work. I have no idea how far I traveled, but I was on the trail for an hour and a half. I traveled much further than any other trips, from the parking lot, pass the sandpit, across a road, along another trail and out in the open where the trail seemed endless. It was then I captured some scenic landscape photos. I found myself navigating around and over rocks of all sorts of sizes through a narrow dirt path that overlooked a scary steep downhill, pedaling a 40lb bike uphill and half griping the brakes going downhill. My inexpensive Manga bike took me on quite an adventurer today. I'm surprised the bike was still in one piece.

After navigating thru a narrow rocky path, I found myself faced with a seemly endless trail.

My dirty dirty bike.
Crystal and I usually have time to be together on Friday's, but now she has a class that ends late. I can't wait to see tomorrow. I saw her on Wednesday for 2 hours, but it felt like I haven't seen her all week. She had lunch at a Indian buffet and the pictures looked mouth watering.... except one dish that reminded me of what spinach puke would look like, but I'm sure it was delicious! I think we might have sushi over the weekend. There's a place we've been to before with many spicy rolls.
8.26.09 thru 8.27.09 - P90X
The P90X Chest and Shoulders DVD was intense, but I hung in there. It was the most intense workout I had in quite awhile and it felt great. My muscles were super tensed after the workout. The video was an hour long that included a warm up and cool down. I did at least 6 variations of a push ups. It was all about "muscle confusion" and it felt like it worked. I also tried the Ab Ripper X for a few minutes, but it was too hardcore to finish it. I can't wait to recover to go at it again.

8.25.09 - Yesterday
Crystal and I ran some errands after dinner. We dropped by Home Depot for a light bulb, PacSun to return a shirt, and then Target for shaving cream and other goodies. While at HD, Crystal needed a CFL bulb for class and it was a little harder than we expected searching for the right wattage. There weren't as many CFL bulbs than incandescent bulbs. Many CFL bulbs were designed for lamps with adjustments of 3 light settings. If the bulb read 60-100-250 watts, which would be the standard? While Crystal stood in place swiftly eye searching the shelves, I had the opportunity to come behind and gently wrap my arms around her waist. She smelled good, nothing out of ordinary, just her natural scent infused with pheromones. It was cold inside, her skin was slightly covered with goose bumps. She wore black shorts and a brown lacy tank top. We then went to PS to return a shirt. It was a medium that fit like a large. The design was really nice, so I reordered it online in a small. It had a gold printed cross on the front and back. The last stop for the night was Target. I bought a can of shaving cream, a couple of boxes of microwaveable dinners for work to eat during lunch, etc. I bought a new face wash called Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Control Cleaner. It has a cooling minty effect on my face. Very light. That sums up the night. During the day, work has been the same. I noticed an increase in calls coming into the queue. I also took a nap. We were suppose to go to Alum Rock Park, but I was too tired.
It was Crystal's second day of school. She was a little stressed yesterday because of the workload. She had to go out and find 25 different trees and draw them, and then another set of 25 for her next class. Sounds time consuming. She finished though, so great job managing time. We're planning to organize a trip to Redwood Park this weekend to hike and take some pictures of trees. Crystal's also taking an acting class. That'll be interesting :)

8.22.09 (Saturday) - Waterworld, Concord
On Saturday, Crystal and I decided to go have some fun under the sun at Waterworld, located in Concord, CA. It was a smooth 54 mins drive up north and we arrived at the destination city early afternoon. Our first stop was Costco, which was only mins away from the water park. I borrowed my dad's Costco membership card. Surprisingly, the transaction had gone smooth even when it was his face on the back of the card. The tickets were great deals for only $19.99 per person. After a short drive away, we parked in a neighborhood across from the parking lot, which was only a few steps from the gate. Since the last time we were here, someone decided to make an official opening along the fence. That saved us $10. We helped each other apply sunblock. Crystal has an amazing body. Her rockin body was so feminine, so smooth, so nicely tanned. She wore a sexy leopard, scrunch butt, sequin bikini with black trimmings. I looked the same, maybe a little more fatter, j/k. I need to buy a new pair of boardshorts for the upcoming Detox pool party on Sunday and maybe a pair of stunnin shades. We didn't go on many rides, just one in the beginning that lasted less than a minute and the line was more than 10 mins. After the water ride, we walked back to the car for refreshments and then back into the water park. We played in the wave pool for the rest of the afternoon. I enjoyed carrying her around the pool while she gently wrapped herself arms behind my neck. Overall, the trip to the Waterworld was fun and I saw some eye candy (Crystal <3).

I Love Teriyaki and Sushi Restaurant
After Waterworld, we got hungry and decided on sushi for dinner. We ate at I Love Teriyaki and Sushi, not a very creative name. It was a random nearby location we picked off the GPS. There were a lot of selections, but the food and service was average. It was sorta cold in there too. I ordered a warm bowl udon and Crystal chose 3 different sushi rolls.

Bruce Roll and Up N Smoke Roll. The bottom one had a tangy lemon taste which was good.

8.23.09 (Sunday) - Movies and shopping
On Sunday, Crystal and I spent most of the day at the mall. We made a trip to Oakridge and then Eastridge Mall. Crystal had on some sexy blue shorts. While we were there, we ate different types of corn dogs from Hot Dog on a Stick. Crystal was on a mission to find a birthday present for her mom. She moved from one rack to another quickly skimming through as if navigating around a jungle. In and out of stores. I could always tell the difference when she's looking for an outfit herself or for someone else. She was looking for skirts, but her interest pulled her towards dresses. She then found a flower ring with diamonds in the middle. After shopping, we watched District 9 and the Time Traveler's Wifee. District 9 was awesome and entertaining. I could see how it received high ratings on Yahoo. Crystal enjoyed it too, but she found the beginning to be a bit slow like a documentary. The alien weapons were awesome. The Time Traveler's Wifee was ok. It was an ok story with no teary moments. The ending wasn't good enough for me. It was weird how he returned at the... nevermind. I'll be spoiling it if I told you. I would wait for the DVD. -
